*Must be 25 years of age or older to book. *Pets are permitted. We do have a pet fee of $100 for the first 2 pets and $50 for each additional pet to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, we can't allow cats due to allergies. *We could accomodate the option for an early check-in or late check-out for a fee of $150, subject to availability. If you're interested in this option, please let us know in advance so we can check availability and make the necessary arrangements. *Please be aware there is a surveillance camera facing the driveway for guest safety. NO internal spaces are under surveillance. *Winter conditions from November to March can be unpredictable, with possible snow and ice. Please bring warm clothing, proper footwear, and a vehicle suited for winter conditions (e.g., snow tires or all-wheel drive) to ensure you're prepared for the weather.
