LIVING SPACE: Step out onto the large deck and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding nature—perfect for relaxing. Inside, natural light pours through over a dozen windows, highlighting the vaulted ceilings and open layout. Gather by the stone fireplace, sip wine, read a book, and feel right at home. KITCHEN & DINING Stainless steel appliances and fully stocked shelves. The wood dining table seats 10, and the outdoor BBQ grill and alfresco dining table are ideal for outdoor meals year-round. FUN FOR EVERYONE - Hot tub (year-round) - Backyard fire pit – perfect for roasting s’mores and storytelling - Second living room / game room with Smart TV (Netflix) - Card and board games for all ages GUEST ACCESS You’ll have access to three private lakes with sandy beaches, great for swimming and fishing (PA fishing license required): - Locust Lake – 7-minute walk - Pine Lake & East Lake – 4-minute drive Includes pavilion, picnic tables, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and boat ramp In summer: snack bar, lifeguards, and roped-off swim zones VILLAGE AMENITIES Playgrounds Tennis courts Winter fun: Ski hill, sledding, ice fishing Community events: Bonfires, BBQs, concerts, bingo, and more! The Locust Lake Village community requires a registration fee of $35, which includes 8 wristbands.

PET FEE: We would love for you to bring your furry friends! Please kindly let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet with you. We do have a pet fee of $100 for the first 2 pets and $50 for each additional pet to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, we can't allow cats due to allergies. NO SMOKING: You'll be charged an extra cleaning fee! Please smoke outside and respectfully dispose of your trash around the property NOISE VIOLATIONS: Please note that this is NOT a party house and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 10pm - 8am while outdoors. EXTRA GUESTS: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For each additional guest, there is a fee of $50 per person, per night. Please, add the correct number of guests before booking to reflect this fee in the total price. CHECKING IN: Per local ordinances, guests are required to complete a community registration form before arrival. The community fee of $35 for access to all LLV amenities is already included in your booking. You’ll find 8 wristbands provided at the house for your use during your stay. PARKING: There’s parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway, and plenty of free parking at each lake. WEATHER: Winter conditions from November to March can be unpredictable, with possible snow and ice. Please bring warm clothing, proper footwear, and a vehicle suited for winter conditions (e.g., snow tires or all-wheel drive) to ensure you're prepared for the weather.
